Rav Fodor has completed a project started by Rav Kook ZT”L. Nechpa Bakesef is an explanation of the Beiur HaGRA on Hilchot Aveida Umetzia. The GRA in his explanation of Hilchot Aveida Umetzia used very few words and wrote in hints and many times simply said ayain sham. Rav Fodor attempts to understand the intentions of the GRA to make it easier for others to learn the Beiur HaGRA. In addition, much of the GRA’s explanation focuses on the famous perek of Gemara- Ailu Metziot. It gives the reader a wonderful opportunity to see how the GRA explains the various sugyot in this perek.
